College Student at Texas A&M University, Commerce

When I first met Ms. April, it was the summer of my Junior year of high school at her 2017, C4:
Christian, Character, College & Career Camp at Southern Methodist University. My mom told
me about camp and I almost dreaded to go at first, but after going for only a day, I felt the
connection immediately. Ms. April and her organization, Bold Believers United has blessed me
ever since I’ve met her. Bold Believers United and my experience at the C4 Camp not only
helped add knowledge to what I knew about college and what I wanted to do as a career, but
also in my relationship with God.

I yearned to have community with other believers, and
because Ms. April surrendered and obeyed God, my prayers were answered and many lives
were and are still being saved. Ever since the C4 camp, my relationship with God has not only
grown so deep, but I’ve also gained a mentor, who not only loves and teaches me, but also
pushes me to be the best person I can be in Christ, and most importantly, she teaches me to be
Bold in who I am. Even now as a college student at Texas A&M University, Commerce, my
relationship with Ms. April, Bold Believers United and the C4 camp community continues to
grow and bless me.
